What belongs to us
The Fast Inverse Square Studios name, the 1/√x mark, our logos, game titles, artwork, and site copy belong to us or our licensors. Please do not use our logos or brand to imply that we endorse, sponsor, or are affiliated with something we are not. Press and creators — see Support for how to reach us about assets.
The Q_rsqrt code excerpt reproduced on this site comes from the publicly released id Software Quake III Arena source and is included for commentary and historical interest. We claim no ownership of it.
Games are sold by storefronts
We do not sell anything directly through this website. Our games are distributed by third-party storefronts, and your purchase is a contract with that storefront under its terms, including its refund policy. Nothing on this page changes your rights with them.

We try to keep this site accurate, but game development moves and plans change. Release dates, features, and platform availability described here are current intentions, not commitments, and may change or be cancelled. The site is provided as-is, and we may change or remove any part of it at any time.
